Bishop's Message

Welcome to Our Ministry, Solid Rock Church of Jesus Christ, an Apostolic Pentecostal Church serving in Kenya, East Africa.

Grace & peace to you in the name of our Lord & Saviour, Jesus Christ.

More About Us More About Us
It is my great joy to welcome you to our ministry’s website. We are grateful you took the time to visit, and we pray that as you explore this platform, you will be encouraged, strengthened in faith, and reminded of God’s unfailing love.
We believe that the Church is more than a place of worship; it is a family where people can find hope, experience fellowship, grow in the Word of God, and discover their God-given purpose. Whatever season of life you’re in, we want you to know there is a place for you among us. Whether you are seeking God, looking for a spiritual home, or desiring to deepen your relationship with Christ, we welcome you with open hearts. As we continue to serve the Lord together, may we remain united in faith, steadfast in prayer, committed to His Word, and devoted to sharing His love with the world.

Thank you for being part of our journey. May the Lord bless you, guide you, and fill your life with His peace and grace.
With blessings and prayers.

“But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

The Word of God
We uphold the Bible as the inspired and authoritative Word of God, the foundation of our faith, teaching and Christian living.
Apostolic Salvation
We teach repentance, water baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ and the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with speaking in tongues as the initial sign.
Holiness and Discipleship
Build resilient operations and scalable systems designed for lasting success in dynamic and competitive global markets.
Evangelism and Outreach
We are committed to sharing the Gospel, planting churches, equipping ministers and reaching people in need.

A church with a mission

Our mission is to compel men and women everywhere to follow Jesus Christ through evangelism, outreach and church planting; to teach the Apostolic plan of salvation; to establish prayer and worship as the foundation of ministry; and to nurture holiness, discipleship and spiritual maturity.

God has called us to preach the Gospel, strengthen believers and reach communities through ministry and practical service. Our vision includes establishing permanent church facilities, training pastors, supporting vulnerable children, developing schools and extending outreach to underserved communities.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Rooted in Apostolic Truth

Our faith is founded on the Word of God and the teachings of the Apostles.

The Holy Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God and the foundation of our faith. (2 Timothy 3:16)
One God
We believe in one eternal God, revealed in Jesus Christ, in whom dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. (Deut 6:4; Col 2:9)
Repentance & Baptism
We teach repentance and water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. (Acts 2:38)
Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Acts 2:4)
Holiness
We are called to live godly lives, pursue holiness and follow the example of Jesus Christ. (Hebrews 12:14)
Prayer & Divine Healing
We believe in prayer, intercession and God's power to heal according to His Word.
(James 5:14–16)
